Nicholas Mining is an exploration stage mining company. Its flagship Special Prospecting license is in Cheberir (Buru) Hills in Kericho County,Kenya.

The prospect is a late stage exploration target that has previously undergone historical exploration and recent followup testing to confirm the historical data.
It is significant because of its favourable logistics and infrastructure, while its development has socio-economic importance for Kericho County in Kenya

In the 21st Century hybrid and electric cars, wind power generators, the military, electronic, and optics (laser) technology industries created dramatic demand for rare earth elements, which are critical to the advancement of these and other high tech fields.

Chebirir (Buru) Hills

The Buru Hill REE prospect in Kenya is a typical intrusive carbonatite of moderate size and grade when compared to other deposits in the world.

The prospect is significant because it is supported by favourablelogistics and nearby infrastructure and can potentially enhance the socio-economicdevelopment of Kericho County in Kenya.

The hill is approximately 600m long x 400m wide x 60m high. Buru Hill is an early stage exploration prospect that is historically explored but not exploited and has recently had follow-up testing to confirm the historical data.

Any company purporting to have entered into any arrangement with the Nicholas Mining Industries Limited should be aware that it  is engaging in fraudulent activites to mislead it's own shareholders. The Board of Directors of Nicholas Mining Industries will take legal action against the fraudulent parties . Any dealings with previous CEO's of the company  will be undertaken as a misrepresentation and legal action may be taken against such dealings to the full extent of the law.
